Last night’s dinner.
It’s a Greek, Lebanese style dish that I just came up with… :P
Homemade hummus (chickpeas, garlic, evoo, lemon juice, s&p), sauteed chicken, homemade tabbouleh using red quinoa, parsley, carrot, cucumber and tomato topped with homemade tzatziki using fat free yogurt, cucumber. garlic, red wine vinegar and s&p all on top of a mini whole wheat pita pocket cut in half.
It was delicious! It’s worth the garlic breath! ;)
